When we announced we were opening a Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Ballarat, we received over 500 applicants and 200 attendees at our recruitment sessions. The response was awesome! We’ve now hired over 80 crew members, and following our opening last month, the people of Ballarat are finally enjoying the amazing food and the friendly hospitality of Carl’s Jr.
