Carl’s Jr.® comes to Victoria!
CJ’s Victoria has launched the iconic California burger brand Carl’s Jr.® in Victoria and expects to build 30 locations throughout the state, including at Docklands and Ballarat in the first quarter of 2019.
The first 30 restaurants will create direct employment for more than 2,000 Victorians and provide indirect employment opportunities for many more.

Pioneers of the great American Burger
In July 1941, Carl Karcher and his wife, Margaret, began with a hot dog cart and a dream. By 1956, the hot dog cart had become Carl’s Jr.® and Carl’s Jr.® has become one of the largest burger brands in the world, with over 3,800 restaurants in over 42 countries.
